of the special commission for the suppression of prostitution.

Given that it is essentially important to give to Sanitary Service, the best manner to assure the success of the operations assigned to him, is to drive the goals that the clinic had instituted. The service demands that the part of the agents that were charged with the continual
searches is punishable.

There is no more effective way to stimulate their enthusiasm than to reward through bonuses proportionate to the results obtain by them, that we have decided as follows.

Art. 1
From fifteen months the compensations were granted to inspectors of money granted from clinics for the search of prostitutes that missed their semi-monthly visits established through deliberation of the commission last January 13 approved by us.

The searches will occur according to the state every two weeks by the medical bureau. A bulletin will be made for every girl that needs to be searched.
These bulletins will be distributed throughout equally to ten inspections that were
compensated.

Art. 2
The compensations are to be paid by month.
However, it will not be granted to an inspector of which the prize will exceed 45 per every two weeks.
As long as the prize will be from 45 to 31inclusivement, it will only be granted 25 cents by visited women.
If it goes down from 30 to 25, the compensation will be 50 cents.
,, ,, ,, 20 to 15 ,, ,, ,, 85 ,,
,, ,, ,, 14 and below ,, ,, ,, 130
In the last case, it will never be granted to every inspector by month, less then two-thirds of
the maximum.

Art. 3
The inspector that will in fact bring a girl clandestinely involved in prostitution, will receive a compensation of three francs.

He will have a right to this compensation, even though – the registration will not occur, if the girl is recognized as having a contagious sickness.

Art. 4
A compensation of three francs will also be granted for the capture of a girl that is recognized at the clinic as having a contagious disease and is designated for the hospital, would not have returned to the prefecture by the indicated time, or who would have evaded the hospital that which she would have been treated for a contagious illness.
